You may exchange any unused product in it's original packaging within 10 days and select a different item from our catalog. If you have selected a blouse stitching option, let us know about any exchanges as soon as the product arrives (usually 2-3 days) as we will be unable to exchange custom stitched items.

How do you accept payments? - We accept all major credit cards. To make a payment by check or bank deposit, kindly contact us.
How do I submit the measurements? - Once the checkout process is completed, you will receive an email with a template to enter your blouse measurements and comments or you may call us to discuss.
After submitting the measurements, can I change them later? - Certainly. You may notify of any changes up to a week after placing order.
When do I receive my sari if I choose to have the blouse stitched? - The sari is mailed in time (usually 24 hours) without the blouse piece. Stitching takes approximately 15 days and is mailed separately once completed.
What if the stitched blouse does not fit me? - Every blouse has 3" margin inside to easily make it bigger. But we are always here to assist so kindly contact us in such a case.
Which shipping service do you use? - We use USPS Priority Mail.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? - Most of the items ship within 24 hours. Shipping is free within United States. Everywhere else, $5 is added to the order.
When will my order arrive? - Once the item is shipped, you should expect to receive your package within 2-3 business days.
How do I track my order? - You will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped.
